Resting Heart Rate 15:51 [0] 0.0 mi
ahr:56 max:68

I wanted to see what the Garmin would register as my resting heart rate. When I got up this AM, I put on the heart monitor and rested on the couch for 15 minutes. May do this once a month to see if there is change or variation.

Well, I guess I won't get a histogram. Average of 56 with a high of 68 would imply a low of 44.

Training Run with Clark and Will. Good run around the lakes. One pit stop. The trails weren't overly icy or wet. Slick in spots but good for the most part.

Note

Had a long overdue massage last night. I use this therapist because of a trusted recommendation and her proximity to my work/home. She can inflict a lot of pain, so this isn't a luxury I run to frequently. I know she handles a lot of elite athletes around town and fills in with shleps like me. I found out last night that she has two of the Olympic women's hockey players as regulars.

Anyone looking for a massage therapist, contact me and I will share her contact info.

Soccer 55:00 [3]

Seagate Soccer. No subs. We got a 1-0 win in a hard fought match. It seems the teams are all really close, equally bad.... or good. I will miss the last regular season game which will determine whether we play for 1st or 2nd loser.

Fitness Ball Workout 25:00 [3]

Good stretch and lots of squats. Good to get the blood going a little.
6 PM

Soccer 45:00 [4]

Just one sub for tonights game and he was returning from a 3 week injury. I got the first goal and Justin followed up with 2 more for a 3-1 win. We were a little sketchy on passes and traps, but a win is a win.
