Went down to greenbelt. Was desperate to get out in the woods and my run felt good with small mistakes going to work on those and my orienteering speed!

2 x 800M simulator. did a 600M hard 1min rest and then right into the last 200M and that is one simulator. was just completely out of breath afterwards and really showed me what is possible to do
