orienteering race 2:05:00 [3] ***** 11.0 km (11:22 / km)

Today my body just didnt feel like orienteering but i decided to do blue anyways. Messed my up 2nd control and then had my hopes down and started making little mistakes and wasnt confident. The course was really good and technical but my body just wasnt feeling it. Just stopped at the 21st control out of 27. Just seems like i asked for a little more than i bargained for. Hopefully a better week at the team trials

Just set out for a run not planing to go this long but today running felt so good. Almost as if it was something i could do forever. Midway through my run i stopped and soaked my body in a river. It was pretty cold and got a lot of the lactic acids out of my muscles. From there I just wanted to go go on the trails. Ran in my vibram five fingers and it felt pretty sweet when i was running in the mud and in the river. Today just felt great and i am really starting to see improvements.

Feet feel a little beat up but other than that i feel great!

Just a relax work out to help repair my legs from getting beat the past 2 days. plan on playing some friz or running tomorrow

Played a fun game of ultimate frisbee. Always good to get in shape while having fun with sports
