track 15:00 [3] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

10 mins on elliptical and then 5 mins on tread mill. Trying to loosen up legs for my work out later.
3 PM

track 1:15:00 [3] 6.95 km (10:47 / km)

Pretty good workout today felt fast and steady each time.
Warm up I did static stretches, 2KM warm up, and then more static stretching.

The workout was 10X250M on the track. Had a 150M jogging break between each. After we did 5 of them we had an 950M jogging break. Hit a pretty good and steady pace each time about 41 and 44 seconds each. Overall i was satisfied and glad i did the work out at a steady pace

Light jog when i got home. Also started using a Garmin to track what i do. Also did a little stretching with my calves they were a little tight.

Today was a good day of training even though it was a little space out through out the day it was good.
