Pretty good workout today felt fast and steady each time.
Warm up I did static stretches, 2KM warm up, and then more static stretching.
The workout was 10X250M on the track. Had a 150M jogging break between each. After we did 5 of them we had an 950M jogging break. Hit a pretty good and steady pace each time about 41 and 44 seconds each. Overall i was satisfied and glad i did the work out at a steady pace
