Not as long as I would have liked to warm-up, but in between eating, re-hydrating (after weigh in), adding 5lbs to our boat because it was too light, and rigging our boat, we kinda were running low on time...

Race, Time Trial. Felt pretty good, probably because we were both pretty relaxed. It was a time trail so they started us every 30secs. Ypu just pull as hard as you can without knowing how everyone else is doing. Got the best time by half a second, so that set us up pretty good for the final.
