Really nice water in the morning. Finally getting the hang of this racing thing. I won my final by a bit of open water, which was a nice way to end the trip :)

Running around with Ilse on cool trails behind the boat house after my race and in the evening watching the sunset over the water :)

Time trial, not too bad... for my first 2km. Got 7th, half a second behind my teammate :) Water was nice too.

Semi-finals. Water was pretty choppy this night and resulted in crappy rowing from me. Still not technically as skilled as almost everyone there since most of them have been rowing for longer then just a year... Felt like I had more power in the end but just couldn't get a good rythem down because the choppy water and being blown around everywhere... arg, just frustrating

Pretty darn tired today. Mostly my body did not want to do the workout planned for today. Pieces were 1000,500,500,250. Tried to pull myself together for a long cool down.

Kinda slow start but pulled myself together for the rest of it. Today was nice and cleanish, not a crazy running pace or anything. Nice day though.
