we had to start twice because willaims and coast guard collided... but in the end we got second behind williams and beat coast guard, bates, and Ithaca. Then i jetted out of there to go to west point...
orienteering 1:09:22 [4] 6.25 km (11:06 / km) +330m 8:47 / km
missed my start time by about an hour and a half... but they let us start anyways even though everyone had already finished starting a long time ago. So there was no one in the woods when i was out running which was interesting and a little lonley. But made sure i stayed concentrated to the map even though i was a little dehidrated because i had basically arrived to west point and immediatly went to the start so after chugging down water at number 5 i feel i was able to move faster and the course felt good. not too many mistakes and felt strong running.
orienteering race 14:39 [4] 2.2 km (6:40 / km)
sprint course, got back from the finish and went up to see sam who had just finished and they "forced" me to go out then so did ( i am such a sucker), couldn't move too fast but everyone at that point were tired too so it all evened out for everyone. course was tricky with lots of ins and outs and lots of controls but was very fun!
