Tiomila in Rastivarsat team. Fifth leg.
I'm glad someone took as bad shaped guy as me into the team because orienteering and running in general is starting to feel good again. First time after Halikko. Still some pain in the left glute, especially in uncontrolled situations.
Didn't do that much of mistakes. Just some questionable route choises where I mostly got caught in very wet swamps. Towards the end the running started to feel better and better and I realised my back had even some mobility. Thus I launched a sprint to the finish even before the second last control and flew past some 4-5 guys in a 10m high hill. That gave me idea that if I want this to happen in the future as well (and against non-40 year olds), I should do some training. And that I shall do.
Tried out to draw my route to the mapandcoach but didn't surprise me that it didn't came out that well...

B-course still. But this time running felt good for the first time after POM. Still some stingy pain in left glute with every step but it didn't get worse when I tried full speed for couple of legs.
