First official yoga class. Did alright despite concerns that I would stick out. Have never sweat that much in an hour.

Some road riding with one loop at Town Run. Hot and windy, felt pretty gassed after yoga and the hot ride.

Slower ride, got to do a lot of pulling. Legs felt OK, but definitely no top end.

Worked up to a 6:00 pace then cooled off. Was sweating a ridiculous amount. Not used to working out indoors...

Stairmaster (Stepmill) 30:00 [3]

Steady at level 10. Alternated single and double steps every 5 minutes. Ridiculous sweating continued. I seriously looked like I just crawled out of the pool.

Tired legs, really had to push the last 1/3rd. Heart rate felt in control, just couldn't turn the legs over
