Leg heavy workout today, which was awesome. Threw in a set of box jumps along with the plyo and squat/lunge jumps. Next step is reportedly the "box jump burpee"...
Unfortunately the left knee is still feeling it, going to resort to some IB today to see if it helps tomorrow morning.
