My calf can handle running, but it definitely doesn't feel the same as before the bite. But exercise helps improve blood flow. So let's help it heal!

Could really feeling the recent lifting. The PT exercises hit some points that are very weak for me.

Chilly and lots of water out there. Streams that weren't there two days ago, new springs coming out of the hillsides. I believe Scranton got 6 inches of rain yesterday, but it sounds like just outside Philly and around NYC got hit much harder than us. A few spots with over 12 inches of rain, which is insane.

Leg is feeling good, but still some swelling around the bite. I expect that swelling will be there for a long time. It feels like I can probably start running mostly normally by the weekend.

Teaching a friend to orienteer. Absolutely no discomfort walking, which is amazing considering that for the week after the bite it hurt if I stood up for too long
