Checking out the courses for the Ahlswede edition of the DVOA Summer Sprint Series. Lots of fun route choices and the microsprint is going to be sick!

Hamstring is feeling really, really great. Somewhat frustrated that I didn't go to the Billygoat, but happy to see DVOA retain the Goat Trophy.

Note

I've decided to not do the Billygoat this weekend.

My hamstring is feeling very good. But there's still an element of risk involved that I don't like.

When it comes to deciding between potentially making the middle final at WOC and racing the Billygoat, I think the decision is clear.

Luckily it looks like I'll get a map so I can do a rerun on my own. Thanks, Lex! Can't miss Burnt Mountain.

Felt really good on this morning's BBA after a solid warmup with stretching. So far feeling really optimistic.

I'm going to make the final call on the Billygoat on Friday.

Circuit Training 30:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (10:00 @3) + (10:00 @4)

30 minutes of Freeletics followed by lots and lots of foam rolling. My IT band is significantly tighter than my hamstring.
