Status: I can move ok. But it is still uncomfortable.

It looks like no activity at all for the rest of the week.

Since I can't do much exercise, I'm catching up on lots of translation and coaching work.

I have a market research question for anyone interested in getting better in this sport.

Would anyone here be interested in receiving simulation exercises similar to those I've been preparing for our junior team?

The exercises are based on my own experience and what I've been reading in The Winning Eye. You print the map and take the map and a pen with you on a run to develop your map-reading ability.

A potential deal could be paying $30/month for 6-month contracts in exchange for 1 map exercise per week.

I could potentially develop this coaching in the future, but I would need to take it slowly at first.

Well at least I had a good day yesterday.

Pulled my R hamstring pretty badly going into 2 when my L foot hit a branch and my R foot got stuck on a rock.

Tried to continue on to 4 to see if it would improve. It didn't. So I walked back.

Mostly clean middle. 15 seconds of error on 13. Probably could find another minute on the course in total. But overall it was pretty good.

The most important part is that I beat Will. I can go home now.
