Another tired and relatively unfocused day, but better than yesterday. Main mistake was leaving 13 thinking I was at 14. I didn't lose as much time as I thought all things considered (3:30-:40). But still, I need to have more focus.

The weekend's fatigue came to a head here, both mentally and physically. Took 15 seconds to stop and refocus at 7 and then called it a day once I proved I wasn't thinking on the way to 15. Really looking forward to getting back to this map.

Extra training at Storr's Pond. Legs are pretty tired but I did what I could. I had warrior Rob Minto out there who did the whole course after his race. Nice!

A stop at Paugussett to break up the drive between Philly and Boston. So. much. traffic.

Legs were pretty shot from the hill intervals. Tough to do the uphills. Absolutely beautiful forest. Really happy to get out there.

Evening session at Tufts set up by Becky. Our guiding rule was "the grass is lava" which made for some interesting route choices.

It's been a while since I've done sprint stuff. Really fun to get back to it.

Warming up and then cooling down with Viol and getting very lost.

Hill reps in the Wiss. The goal was to mix short and high intensity intervals with longer, medium intensity intervals.

I started a bit too strong and was hurting toward the end. I've got no problem with going to the well.
