Great middle simulation this morning.
Did everything as I would at NAOC and other large competitions. I had a start time (8:34) and a three minute call-up for my description and then the map. Ran at my classic distance physical intensity as per my coach's instructions...except for from 17 to finish when I picked it up a bit. I had to break the rules a bit.

The 2d Rerun is from when the group did a mass start course. They had streamers then. There weren't any left for me :(
I'm looking forward to running 1300-1200 meters lower in the races these coming weeks. It won't make much of a difference physically, but, according to
http://www.altitude.org/air_pressure.php, there's about 84-85% of the oxygen available at sea level up here. I'm sure my brain won't complain about having extra O2 available to it.
