A decent race, although I wish I had been with a faster group. Greg and Randy seem to be just about my running speed.

They were playing some weird game with webbed sticks and a little ball on the field, so runners had to use the upper asphalt path which was approximately 0.4 miles with two slight dips.

I ran 3 x 1287m w/644m rest.
