Green course at Coventry Woods. 5.2k, 120m. Excellent visibility, rocky underfoot, some areas of scratchy stuff and an excellent map. Temperature in the mid-30s with occasional light rain - HTFU conditions. Very good course set by Ron Bortz with only about 100m where using a trail made sense.
Had a very good run. My only significant error was about 1 minute on control 12 where I drifted off to the left but figured things out quickly when I hit a charcoal platform. Also looks like I slowed a bit relative to others on the last two controls - just being cautious I guess. Didn't have any "fastest splits" except on the run-in but managed to be first on the course (by 2 seconds, so the run-in mattered).
Thanks to Kathy Moss, Mary Frank, Ron and any other helpers who hung out in the cold so the rest of us could play.

Picked up 9 controls on the east side of the map. Mark Frank shuttled us to the top of the hill so most of the trek was downhill.
