Bike-Trail 1:07:44 intensity: (30 @0) + (27:31 @1) + (21:05 @2) + (18:38 @3) 6.99 mi (9:41 / mi) +50m 9:29 / mi
ahr:116 max:138 shoes: Trek Marlin 7

Jordan Parkway trails. Low 80s, humid. Trails are in great shape since it's been very dry but there's just enough moisture so they're not dusty. Did some exploring on the paved Jordan Creek Greenway trail which is broken out as a separate entry (but everything is in the GPS track here).

Bike-Paved 15:13 [2] 2.89 mi (5:16 / mi)
shoes: Trek Marlin 7

Jordan Creek Greenway trail as a side excursion from the mountain bike trails. Rode downstream as far as MacArthur Road and back. Highlight (?) was the homeless encampment tucked up under the US22 bridge - not quiet but at least it's dry.

Sprint 2 at Evansburg SP. 2.1K (straight line). Had a pretty clean run except for briefly heading up the wrong path on my way to 7. Sunny, upper 70s.

Orienteering race 20:16 intensity: (8 @1) + (11 @2) + (2:43 @3) + (16:47 @4) + (27 @5) 2.45 km (8:17 / km) +54m 7:28 / km
ahr:145 max:159 spiked:8/10c shoes: VJ Falcons 11

Sprint 1 at Evansburg SP. 1.8k (straight line). Three legs with significant route choice - I chose sub-optimal routes on all three and also didn't execute them well. AP doesn't pick up what was probably about 45 seconds lost at control 2. Running out of gas on the second half of the course so did some walking. Two nice courses by Kirsten M.
