Green course at Thacher SP (EMPO local event). 4.9km SL. Nice course by Bruce Beesley. Very open woods and a fine day to be in the woods (I.e. not raining for a change). Ran Green since the Billygoat is tomorrow and Red was about 2km longer. One big parallel error which cost about 7-8 minutes. Three 1-2 minute bobbles in the circle - notn being focused enough. Wasn't trying to push the pace so you'd think I'd be able to get the navigation right.

Been dealing with a cold for the past week - not too bad except it is primarily in the upper chest and running precipitates coughing and wheeziness, so I haven't been running. Took it pretty easy on the treadmill today.
