COC Sprint at National Research Institute of Canada campus. Mostly open area running with controls tucked in building or vegetation corners. A little bit of woods (2 controls, about 100m total in the woods). Good run with one slight miss (~10 sec). 2nd in M55, 12 seconds behind the Dane who I beat by 13 sec yesterday. Overcast with sprinkles with temps in the 60's. FR measured distance 2.48km.

COC Middle Distance on Hidden Meadows & Spreckley's Trails map near Carp, Ontario. Complex trail network in complex granite terrain. Fun stuff. A couple of 2 minute errors on two controls plus some hesitations on others. Kept focus and recovered relatively quickly. Ended up 2nd overall in M55-64, about 40 seconds back. Perfect weather, 70's and sunny. FR measured distance 3.89km.
