6 AM

Road bike 3:30:00 [3] 80.0 km (22.9 kph)
shoes: Amiata Torino

Hills ride with Muz, Janet, Tim, Blake. 3rd on the welshpool hill. Sat on Tim's tail all the way up the Mundaring Weir Rd to Kala and then took off for the sprint at the end but Tim had it in him to catchup and pass me by. Got surprised by Muzz on the last tiny hill on the way back, so no koms. Nice ride on a fairly calm, warmish, NW rain squally day.
4 PM

Paddling 1:00:00 [3] 8.3 km (7:14 / km)
shoes: Epic V10

Paddle with Janet from the house to beyond the UWA boatshed and back. Protected near the shore from the NW wind, hit a couple of squals. Rounded the Cadel tribute on the swimmer on Mounts Bay Rd. Had a few good sprints down to below 4:30 pace.

Road bike (Floreat Renegade) 1:45:00 [4] 50.0 km (28.6 kph)
shoes: Amiata Torino

Left home at 5:27 and got there at 5:47 with BB about to go. We headed out and found Shane catching us up along the golf course. Good to do the ride again after a few weeks missing it.

Paddling 20:00 [3] 3.5 km (5:43 / km)
shoes: Epic V10

Beautiful calm morning so went for a quick paddle.

Orienteering race 25:00 [5] 3.5 km (7:09 / km)
shoes: X-Talons 212

Leg 1 in club relays. Found Juffy on my course early on and managed to catchup with him again after a mistake early on.

Orienteering race 27:20 [5] 3.5 km (7:49 / km)
shoes: X-Talons 212

Leg 3 of the relay. Decided to run a bit slower, more consistently so as to have better nav. Perhaps still tracking too much detail for a 1:5000 sprint, found myself stopping too much for map reading, a couple of overshoots and one serious problem finding control 13. End result was not the best time.
6 PM

Paddling 20:00 [3] 1.5 km (13:20 / km)
shoes: Epic V10

A perfectly calm evening. Walked down for a quick paddle.
