Training Log Archive: Nev-Monster

Well sort of the first run with the Alex Hutch group at Mt Pleasant Cemetary. However, Alex didn't send me the starting time so I showed up late and ended up just doing a cool down and then some running around with them. But good group, met Bill Wells, Trevor Caldwell and some others. They do a 5-6km tempo every Saturday so goal to show up to as many of those as possible.

The trickle down of what could have been but for doping. From former CDN biathlete Olympian Robin Clegg:
"With Sednev of Ukraine getting caught and now Russia DQ’s we would have finished 8th and all would have received a 2 year Card from Sport Canada. Also would have had a full team as opposed to one man for the individual events and a relay."

After work run down in the Don Valley, ran to Brickwords and then back up through Rosedale.

Drinks last night with an old friend who grew up on Cresent Rd in a wee house.
