Warm up cool down at the Arboretum and run to the Farm for the M2M workout.

I'm sort of guessing on this intensity, but sets of 350m and then 1km repeats at the Farm. I was in the sub-20 group. Early 350m felt great. The first half of the first 1km felt good. However, 1km is a long interval and my body was not into those. Work in progress.
As my friend who is still using his Jeff Gaynor workouts: 1km repeats are only good for people wanting to run fast 5km...
Post work run along the river, a bit racing before the rains arrived. Then they arrived, but stopped. Mega storm never arrived sadly as the humidity is sticking around.
Hard ride post work after I picked up my bike from a tune-up at Fresh Air. Turns out that spending a bunch of money on a tune-up makes your bike ride really smoothly!
Well, was to go to MSM with a MTB crew, but had garbage sleep and wanted to chill out in the morning. Headed out in the afternoon to P5 to do a decent solo run. Up the back of Penguin on the single track, then Ridge over Penguin. Skyline and back down to P7 and to MacKing. There to the 15 and the Loop to P5.
