Cycling 1:07:00 [3]

MTB ride with Lampi. Blew my back tire and had to walk home, that's two flats this year!

Explored along the Chelsea community trail and road some really fun trails. There's some cool new community trails that might even make a good middle map, nice and open woods there.

Must get new my new tires installed on Petals!

Cycling 1:00:00 [1] 27.94 km (2:09 / km)

Pretty gentle Aviation Parkway ride after work and a nap. It was hot!

Not relating to the heat, but the PMO appears to be melting down. Simmons used to say all organizations need a VP of Common Sense. I don't think PMJT sticks around much longer without one.

Post work ride to the Gats and back. Hot. And time had to ride hard. Was hot. Rained for seconds. Hot.

Cycling 1:00:00 [2]

Post work hot and windy road ride on Aviation.

Man, the legs felt dead!

Also, was almost run down by a giant black SUV coming out of 24 Sussex at the end. That would not have been pretty.

Running 1:34:43 [2] 12.19 km (7:46 / km)

LSD run with King Karl from P5. Up Ridge, Skyline, Fortune, Keogan (amazing woods near there) to Ridge and back. Karl wanted to explore some trails which turned out to be pretty slow in parts.

Karl, just to get his training in, had earlier done a loop of the parc rollerskiing, like an hour 20. He's around 12-14 hours a week of training in case I was wondering how the guy is always top 5 in the Gloppet in his early 40s.

Running 45:00 [1]

So my old Kings friend Graham and I were going to grab a pint on a patio, but he had too many last night so wanted to run instead. It was mega hot, ran from Wellington West down to the river and around, back through Tunneys. Hot, very hot.
