Morning ride. Was planning on running in Gats but knee was sore again so rode. Went over to Hull and up to the park and back. Got a bit lost through some "scenic" parts of Hull but eventually back. Rode the Parkways hard, slow on the bike trails but fun ride. It is chilly!
Well this sucked. Went to P5 and was going to do the Loop as part of the NFL virtual workout. Warm-up around Penguin Picnic Area and then headed to the loop.
About 1/3 of the way tripped and landed hard on my knees. After the usual swearing ran the rest.
Post run: knee is really sore! Beer, steak and icing better help!
