10 hills in total, recovery was jogging back down. Two seperate routes. Felt pretty good although I might feel the roads in my quads tomorrow.

Strength Training 1:10:00 intensity: (20:00 @1) + (50:00 @5)

Driveway strength workout with Crazy Fit Lissa. Way cooler than Saturday, pretty windy a lot of the time.

Felt way better today, probably due to how much weight I've lost. Could feel the core stuff at the end, I'll feel the arms tomorrow morning.
