Mountain Biking 1:00:00 [3]

Not a great deal of time after work and legs felt sore so hammered on the crosser for an hour.

Must remember to wear more layers cycling, it was freezing.

Orienteering Race 1:25:07 [3]

Limped around March Highlands for the first time on the map this season.

Leg did not feel great, but what am I going to do. Shockingly I was pretty smooth going slowly in the terrain.

Some really great woods, super fun map with lots of trails, great early season event, not too wet. Course setting was odd at times but must be due to water issues?

There are currently 39 comments about Lidar.
9 comments about map cases.

Zero comments about the fact the US had 3 F21 runners at their biggest A Meet of the Spring.

Plus super weak elite field at the Pig?

What's going on?

Running 1:05:00 [2]

Did The Loop with Freddy.

Leg didn't feel too bad, but general fitness felt awful on the hills. Well the downhills felt fine of course.

Mountain Biking 1:00:00 [3]

Late afternoon ride along Aviation Parkway on the crosser, nice temp.

Quoting the Interweb:

The March for Social Science will be run by political scientists, picketed by anthropologists, studied by sociologists and ignored by economists.

Running 50:00 [3]

First Natural Fitness Lab Tuesday night workout of the Spring. This week was at the Arboretum and my god I felt awful. We basically just chased Dave for a while, my legs never loosened up and then we did sprints, which went poorly!

But, lovely day out, just lots of work to do.

And after that, went over the Chris and Jenny's place and picked up my new road bike! Mmmm carbon....
