OOC Wed Night training. Big group out, fun to be back but legs were not happy from last night.
Warm-up run to to Lincoln Fields transit station.
Started out with a 1600m interval along the bike-path which really hurt on the way back, but luckily all the rest were around the mini orchards (1min and 1 min rest, and ~2min and 2 min rest).
Hamstring was a bit tender, but held in there.
