I'm going with just over 8 x 3.30 or something like that. Repeats of a loop that Dave Mac said was 800m. Really fun loop, in and around the start of Ridge 1 (Trail 1). First third flat, then climbing then down for the last.
A Super run along the river. Rest of the night will be spent between watching the World Series and then Sheezer, the world's first (hopefully only) all female Weezer cover band.

Sunday morning run with Killer K, La Femme and Trevor. Lots of snow last night and it was wet out there. Felt a bit weak early, but strong in the middle. I tried to pick it up from just before the Parkway on Ridge Road back to the Chalet, but I completely got the fuel gauge wrong and I was pretty toast.
