Cross-country skiing (skating) 1:30:00 [3]
shoes: Salomon S-Lab Skate
Awesome ski down at Goldbar. Hard to beat it as urban ski trails, although it's a little tough in some parts. Soft snow, fast, but not scary fast.
Hopefully get some skiing in on the weekend down in the mountains.

Really deadly fast skate ski at Goldbar, about -5 at worst. Such a great break from the -30 we had on the weekend.
The Madshus were really fast compared to some other guys out on the trail, at least on the downhills.
