Cross-country skiing long (skating) 1:30 [1]
shoes: Skate Boots

An evening ski along Ridge Road with CBH and Duncan. It was rock hard and very fast. I was on my feet all dat at Fresh Air, so it was fun to get out and move. CBH and I looked straight out of 92 with our skate technique probably.

Yoga (Power Yoga) 1:30:00 [1]

Power Yoga at Rama Lotus. My legs were hurting from yesterday's track workout, especially the calfs. Felt just all round weak, but much better after the yoga. I should really start doing this more.

Running intervals 10:00 [4]
shoes: Fila Mega Ugly Flats

I think there was a grand total of around 10 minutes of "on" intervals. I did 200m, 300m, and 500m. I would have done more, except I had to jet off to sit in traffic trying to get to work on time. Legs felt okay, not great, not bad.

Cross-country skiing tempo (skating) 1:20:00 [3]
shoes: Skate Boots

Skate ski at night, after missing a perfect ski day and not going until 5:30ish at night. It's really fast out there, skated from P7 Kingsmere up to Champlain Lookout and back, the majority of both along Ridge Road. My technique feels very poor, but able to move at a decent clip. I even waxed up the RCSs with a Rode purple before I went.

Bought apres ski coffee from Chelsea Porn Star.

Cross-country skiing long (skating) 1:20:00 [2]
shoes: Skate Boots

Skating from P8 with Jason, Shelia and Hansel. Felt decent, nothing special and that section of the Parkway, south past Penguin and up to the junction just sucks, everything is big ups and downs.
