First work-out of the day, nice conditions, did classic, felt okay, but am in fear of how much the races this weekend is going to hurt.

Mostly double polling on the parkway as we're still waiting for more snow, just started to snow at the end.

Fast quick ski in the Gats on the parkways at night. Would have skied longer, but my nose was getting cold. Saw a deer for the first time in the winter
