Trail running in the Gats with Toivo the climber. We ran Wolf trail, a really hilly trail. Looking at the thick woods to run through tomorrow.

Warming up and cooling down for roller-ski workout in the Gats from P10

Uphill roller-ski workout which was pretty brutal on my skiis which are circa 1991 and the slowest Jennex V2s out there. Plus my boots are too big which hurts the feat. Felt really good to be back on skiis again.

Pretty slow run with Ian and Anna-Spring, her knee started to bother her half-way so I seperated and ran a bit harder on the way home

Pretty poor run at Corkstown Road, much thicker than last week and just wasn't sharp and ran slow on a couple long legs.
