Running 1:15:00 [2]

PhilV was in town for a quick trip so we got a run in after work. Pretty good although it was mega muddy in spots.

Strength Training 15:00 [1]

PhilV and I ran into the Edmonton Nordic group who were just starting their core strength training.

I'm going to hurt from this tomorrow....

Orienteering Training 35:00 [4]

Two super fun sprint training courses at U of A set by Meghan when she was kicking aboot.

Incredible use of the small section of the southern part of the campus.

Cycling (Mountain bike) 2:00:00 [3]

Did a ride from Liam's place up to the Nordic Centre. Mostly on pretty easy big trails like the Banff one, but mostly just getting time in the saddle.

Cycling (Mountain bike) 2:00:00 [3]

Ride with Liam and his friends around the Nordic Centre in Canmore.

Orienteering Training 51:00 [3] 6.2 km (8:14 / km)

Again with the logging!

Wed Night O at Goldbar. Not a fun course, but had a couple of neat control locations. Poured rain, like poured.

Finally took my cross bike into a shop to get it into action. Since this is Edmonton, it is going to take a week and cost $100.
