H3 at Nganga

Took #1 a little easy to make sure I didn't go past it. Got right to the depression and went past the control, but turned around after a few seconds and saw it. #2 through to #5 were fine. Picked a good route choice to #6 only to do almost none of it. Managed to stay in contact with the map enough to minimise the damage. Ultra conservative right hand route to #7 to make sure I didn't miss it. Good running and nav through to #10. Slight brain fade around #11 but picked the right feature for a quick relocate. Okay through 12 and 13. Bolted 14 through the open forest and bashed on to the finish.

A little messy in parts, but good enough.

Long run around Canning Bridge. Went a bit harder than normal, probably 10+ mins faster than I've done this loop previously. Lovely morning for a run, especially around the river.
