Up onto the seat and across to the loch.

Back via the road after.

Running hills 15:00 [5] 1.0 km (15:00 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-2150

8xhill reps from bottom tree up the boulder where evens off on the side of arthurs seat near the loch.
Stupidly deleted times from watch but were all around 45secs. Could not have done anymore, really put the effort in as had been revising hard work all day and then power in flat went off so was in a bad mood. Pushed slightly too hard maybe as was basically ill at end.
Felt so good after.

No British for me instead exam all morning and exam all afternoon. Had to get out as have exam on Monday and needed to do something to clear the head before revising again. :( wish I could have went but plenty more British champs in future.
Easy stretch of the legs, cleared the head, nice and sunny.

Legs a lot better today. Went for a run, legs were pretty sore at the start but after 5mins eased a lot. Still tight but was a nice run. To blackford, up and over, around the bottom to the hermitage and back around the base and along passed kb to camerontoll. After a rainy start was even a nice day:).

Training today would do more harm than good. Even though i'd like to get out and had planned to, think it would be stupid. Walking like an idiot, hamstrings and glutes killing me. Don't feel as though I have done anything really hard, probably squatting just but then again i've been feeling them tight for a while so a complete day off is what they need.
Horrible evil painful stretching this morning.

Ran to CSE and back. Hamstrings tight.

Wednesday session.
Squatted better than I ever have:). Legs did not enjoy the hurdles.

To Meadows and around a small loop.
Back from meadows.

Running intervals 23:00 [4] 2.5 km (9:12 / km)

After a long days revision needed to get out. Legs feeling tight but a bit better after the warm up. Did some shorter reps, need to measure it but reckon around 400-500m on a small loop of the meadows. x6

Felt breathing wise I could have gone slightly harder and I guess this is why times got a bit faster because legs got a bit more used to going faster. Still tight so didn't risk anything harder. Still felt suitably tired by the end.

Jog up to the straight and finished with 6x10secs strides.

Redford Barracks sprint with maze. Really good fun and only one mistake coming out of the maze at the opposite side to the control to be fair though it was on other side of map.
