Tilden Park, started easy, than faster and ran at 7:55-8:00m/m pace, which was comfortably fast even after yesterday's tought race.

spiked:15/12c weight:82.2kg shoes: Adidas Alborado II

Joe Grant Blue course. Was very hot, started at 12:30 - during the most warmer time. Ran ok till #11 - around that control started to feel dehidration. Climb to #13 was like hell. After finish GU and 3 glass of water did miracle - was like born anew. Lost 3+kg during run.

Warmup and jog between intervals. Didnt feel good for running - somehow tired.

Morning BP120/85

Medium Pace Run intervals 9:45 [4] 2.4 km (4:04 / km)
shoes: Asix GT-2100

T pace intervals, 3x800 with 100m jog. Foot hurts, so ran placing foot on a full surface, than tolerable. Felt good enaugh for 3 rep., dropped after first signs of incomfort in metatarsal.
