Durand - haven't been to the park in a while, nice colors but lots of leaves covering the trails. There has been some trail work so some new routes. Felt more tired than usual at the start but felt pretty good by the half way mark.

Cummings Nature Center - visiting the new manager who is open to people going off trail!!! Woo-hoo!!! We did stay on trails today, all of which were covered with a couple of inches of wet snow, the first of the season!

Camp Schoelkopf, Buffalo - haven't been here in a long time. Nice woods. Lots of trails to run but managed to avoid many of them. Missed control 15 the first time through but then went back to get it...of course that meant going back past #3 and #6....cost me a bit of distance.

Montreal Quebec - did remember to start my watch but then must have bumped it and stopped it, didn't realize it until almost done...sigh. Good run, felt strong but then there were almost no hills...sigh.
