Charleston Lake...1st trailime on the Tallow Lake Trail. Kind of thought we'd be a little slow since it's been raining for 2 days and things were a little slippery...lots of little streams on the trail that have never been there before, good thing we needed the rain.

Gatineau Park, Ottawa...great day. Woods very thick, map a bit on the "unmapped" side, lots of blowdown from a winter storm....banged my shin, again. Love the park!

Long champs...tough day, major error on #3costing me around 15 minutes. One major route choice error and a couple of wander past the control errors, so much fun just being out in the woods.
No GPS track since I accidentally started my watch when we started the race timing then, thinking I was starting the watch when I went out, actually stopped it. I have .5k of walking around at the start and nothing for my actual run...I think that's a good thing. One of these days I will get it to work for me.

Moreau State Park...whoa! The terrain is so technical and so hard to keep track of. I didn't start out well, missing controls 2 and 3. Got a little better for a couple of controls then had a major error on #7...just had a tough time relocating. Lots of fun.
