drat! I skipped control 7...just slid my thumb right by it without noticing that there was a control circle...ran without a compass and without my glasses, now that was stupid since the trails were very complex (it's a Mt. bike park) making it hard to see contours and it was cloudy...no excuse for the glasses. It was a good run anyways.

setting rec controls...took a little longer than I had anticipated (isn't that always the case??!?!?) I also took a couple of scenic routes in my haste to get done...sigh.

Went out to check on one of the controls and see if there were any lost souls, ended up doing a little review session with one of the new guys. I only post this because I did go down and up the hill twice on this session.
