hiked the bog trail, that was about half the distance, followed a jungle trail for about 20 min. after the official trail ended but it was getting too gnarly so we turned back, rest was on dirt road with lots of hills.

I know it was at Mendon Ponds and there were parts of the trails that were snowy and I haven't really run in a long time and I've stopped taking my inhaler (Dr.s orders)...but I didn't think I had slowed down so much...I did the 10k there last fall in 75:15. Guess I need to start doing some speed work!
