Club Island - first run on the newly completed trails...love the trail! There's a couple of hills but nothing really bad. Great to know that we can get in an hour by doing it twice.

Mendon Ponds -great course setting by Nancy, Richard and Sean...really hate the black swallow wort that is slowly spreading through the park. The rainy summer has meant that the veg is taller than normal. Course setting couldn't avoid the green.

Paddled around the island while Lindsay and Christopher swam. Didn't really need to paddle on the downstream side since the current was fairly strong.

Worked real hard to get the sail up and almost got the board going...ran out of gas, this is hard!

Club Island - decided not to go anywhere to run since rain was on the way. Ran all the trails then ran through the woods about where the rest of the trail will go.
