Training Log Archive: LKohn

Tried to go on a bike ride but got struck down in the parking lot by a renegade biker...landed on my side with my arm tucked under which jammed my elbow into my side, not a problem except when I breathe. Going dark for a few days while I milk this for all it's worth. Worst part was that my back tire was knocked out of allignment so we had to take it to the bike shop to be trued.
