Island Cottage woods - went for a short walk to check out the trails...looks good, lots of birds.

not much to do in my gardens so I started on the neighbors area next to the swamp. I didn't do much with that bed last fall so the grass and weeds really took over, what a mess. The trees that I planted look good and are getting tall. Slowly getting rid of the sumac trees and replacing them with others, they are a bear to dig out...them and the tiger lilies.
