Ottawa! Skate the canal and Dow Lake. Ice was pretty bumpy and it was really cold -7ºC. This is the best skating anywhere! My garmin got turned off part way through the skate...Chris had his so we got a distance.

X country skiing 1:50:06 [4] 13.85 km (7:57 / km)

Gatineau skiing. Love to ski on these trails even though there were lots of people. The last 3k was grueling.
