Blue Mt...Ontario, that is. Great day for a run. Tried to keep my pace up, felt rested after not doing anything yesterday. I continue to work on the posture thing. I also think that the strengthening exercises I've been doing to be able to lift my leg higher behind me have helped me avoid falling...haven't hit the dirt in quite a while...and that's a good thing!
