Ran 6x800 at tempo pace. My leg was a little tight and I wanted to take it faster but I thought this was okay. I think I was around 3:10ish for most of them.

Did 2x7 minute tempo with about 30 sec rest in between before it got dark. It hurt so good...besides the legs I was feeling pretty good during the whole thing
