Orienteering 10:30 [2] 1.52 km (6:54 / km) +25m 6:23 / km

Last training of Sprint camp - good exercise but got yelled at by some locals after a couple loops so I stopped

Orienteering 13:45 [4] 2.95 km (4:40 / km) +70m 4:10 / km

Sprint Camp Chase - Finally felt like I left every bit of speed I had on the course - a fun chase!

Orienteering 14:17 [4] 2.88 km (4:58 / km) +68m 4:26 / km

Sprint Camp setup - nice to have a technically solid run, felt afterwards like i should have sprinted harder sooner though

Sprint camp Stage 2. Wasn't happy with my navigational performance on this one.

Sprint camp training - route choice, ran it with Will E and Ian C.

Sprint Camp Farsta - always a favourite, nice that I was able to finish in third with only maybe 15 seconds back

Sprint Camp stage 1. I was happy with this race - Didn't hold my stick in 17 long enough so came away with a mispunch but was technically solid just too slow.
