Meant to do this workout yesterday afternoon/evening but got to doing something else and despite having it in my calendar I was to engrossed in the web design I was working on that it became to late to reasonably do the workout.
So I got out of bad at 7:00 to do some core strength before heading to Green's Creek to see what was going on at Sven Brouwer's 300 student strong school orienteering event.
4x75 seconds plank (front, back, each side), pull ups, leg lowers, situps, leg twists, 2x45 seconds oblique plank.
