I stupidly left my computer and a few other things at Carleton yesterday so I dragged my mom and sister out for a bike ride to pick my stuff up with me.

The distance listed is accurate but we were actually out for 1:33:05 according to my cateye. It really wasn't a very challenging bike ride but enjoyable nontheless. Laura made us stop at DQ on the way back :) totally unecessary.

I biked downtown to see the National Concert Band concert on Major's Hill Park. Took it out fast on the way downtown and then biked home via the parkway. My cycling felt much stronger today than it has in the past.

Really easy bike ride. This is the session I wanted to get around to on Monday but I had a bunch of chores to do Monday afternoon and spent a bunch of the morning unpacking. The chores included physio which is good. Apparently I need to stretch my hips and lower back more.
